三色沙拉 Tri-Color Slaw

材料 Ingredients
紅包心菜 Red cabbage 1/4 個 head
綠包心菜 Green cabbage 1/4 個 head
胡蘿蔔 Carrot 1 根 ea
香菜 Cilantro 1 把 bunch
新鮮萊姆汁 Fresh lime juice 2 大匙 tbs
糖 Sugar1 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt 1/3 小匙 tsp
黑胡椒 Ground black pepper1/4 小匙 tsp
特級初榨橄欖油 Extra virgin olive oil 1/4 杯 cup

做法
1.兩種包心菜去心後切成細絲。胡蘿蔔去皮後也切成細絲。香菜切除莖部後略切。
2.將橄欖油,萊姆汁,糖,鹽和黑胡椒在碗裡用力攪拌成乳化狀後,再加入包心菜,胡蘿蔔和香菜拌勻即可。



PROCEDURE
1.Core and shred both cabbages. Peel and shred the carrot. Cut off the stems of the cilantro and roughly chop.
2.Mix the olive oil, lime juice, sugar, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Whisk until emulsified. Add the cabbages, carrot and cilantro. Stir to combine.
