做法
1. | 兩種包心菜去心後切成細絲。胡蘿蔔去皮後也切成細絲。香菜切除莖部後略切。 |
2. | 將橄欖油,萊姆汁,糖,鹽和黑胡椒在碗裡用力攪拌成乳化狀後,再加入包心菜,胡蘿蔔和香菜拌勻即可。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Core and shred both cabbages. Peel and shred the carrot. Cut off the stems of the cilantro and roughly chop. |
2. | Mix the olive oil, lime juice, sugar, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Whisk until emulsified. Add the cabbages, carrot and cilantro. Stir to combine. |
